About SBIR GovCon
Founded by John Leon — former CTO, technology founder, and GovTech executive — to help breakthrough founders win the federal R&D funding they deserve.
Our Mission
SBIR GovCon bridges the gap between early-stage deep-tech innovation and the $4B+ federal SBIR/STTR market. We combine insider agency knowledge with modern capture strategy to help AI, cyber, defense, and dual-use founders secure non-dilutive capital — without giving up equity.
